YOGA ON THE INSIDE

YOGA ON THE INSIDE
is a method born from decades of dedicated study, practice, and teaching. In our classes, we guide students to turn their attention inward—cultivating a meditative awareness while working skillfully with the body. Inspired by the teachings of Patanjali and the Yoga Sutras, we emphasize the subtle balance between softness and strength as the gateway to the true experience of yoga: a state of oneness.

Rooted in precise structural alignment, this approach empowers students to take healing into their own hands. With consistent practice, many begin to experience meaningful shifts across all layers of their being—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

We deeply honor the uniqueness of every individual and meet each student exactly where they are. We see yoga as a lifelong journey—one that begins with cultivating genuine self-love. From this foundation, students become not only willing, but inspired, to do the inner work that creates lasting healing for themselves, their lineage, and the world around them.
